When we receive a returned shipment, an automated email notification will be sent to you. Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 30 days.
Some online merchandise is not returnable. Why? If the item you purchased is no longer available. This will be listed on the on the product description page.
What is your return policy?
*Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective products must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
All credits on the returns will be made directly to the credit card used when making the purchase.
The original online purchase receipt must always accompany all returns.
The merchandise must be returned in original condition for resale, unless it is defective.
Note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless the merchandise is defective or the wrong merchandise was sent. No returns or exchanges on all discontinued items.
Reasons for Returns:
Wrong address: If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to us and you will be liable for reshipment charges once we have confirmed and updated address.
Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.

Check our Online Inventory. We add merchandise to the site daily. We offer a wide variety of trending styles and brands.
While shopping, please notice that only the available products will display. However, putting the merchandise into your shopping cart does not guarantee inventory. If an item is Out of Stock after you place your order, you will be contacted via email/phone. For this reason, all Out of Stock products are not on display in our store.

How do I Cancel or Modify an Order?

How do I check the status of my refund/Exchange?
From the day you shipped your return package to us, please allow 5-14 business days to process your return. Your refund will be processed to the credit card on the original order usually on the next statement.
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, but if we shipped you the wrong item then we'll refund all your shipping charges no problem.
